You can choose between three delivery methods when booking our public courses: blended learning, online with in-person assessment, and in-person training.

Blended Training: Finish your online coursework before coming in for in-person instruction and evaluation. ideal for all types of learners, providing a balance between length and in-class instruction.

Online plus Face-to-Face: Best for seasoned online learners who are comfortable with the medium. Online theory instruction is followed by a brief in-person practical evaluation.
Reliable internet and computer access are necessary.

Face-to-Face Training: All instruction and evaluation are given in person, allowing for the greatest amount of interaction with the instructor.

Refresher Training: Same in-person component as blended training, but ithout pre-course work; for students holding valid certifications.

Participants in the competency unit must give continuous CPR to a manikin on the ground for two minutes. We are unable to grant a certificate if this task is not completed. The trainer will make every effort to make it easier, including giving you extra time, a chair to help you stand or sit down, or the option to finish the exam in private. However, they must see the activity being completed in order to give the nationally recognized certificate.

Although we make an effort to be flexible, cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation may result in the full amount being lost. Make an early reservation to discuss your options.

It is essential to finish the pre-course work in order to comprehend the material and receive your certificate. If you don’t finish it, it might interfere with your education and eligibility for certification.

Although there is no minimum age requirement, we do not advise the course for children younger than 14 years old. Our suggestion would be that a responsible adult accompany the child if they are younger than 14 years old.

After training, certificates are normally issued within 48 hours, though some courses allow for same-day electronic issuance. Prioritization of urgent requests can be discussed with the trainer.

Our comprehensive First Aid Courses can be coordinated and delivered right in the comfort of your own home, educational institution, or workplace, tailored to your convenience and location.
